Café Justo is part of the ministry of Frontera De Cristo and in partnership with our Presbyterian Mission Co-Workers Miriam Maldonado and Mark Adams.  Café Justo is a coffee grower cooperative based in Salvador Urbina, Chiapas, Mexico. Their pure, organic coffee is grown, harvested, and marketed in the spirit of justice. Their goal is to provide incentives for people to remain on their family lands. Café Justo’s business model is simple and optimizes the profit for the growers. The coffee is harvested, cleaned, and prepared for shipping in Salvador Urbina, Chiapas. The beans are then transported to Agua Prieta, Sonora. In Agua Prieta, the coffee is roasted, ground, and packaged for shipment to customers.  When you order your Café Justo through BSPC, you also have the opportunity to make a donation to help support Bethany Presbyterian Church’s Free Lunch offered every Saturday.
