The Shape of Memory begins
Teaching + Preaching Series | October 25–November 15
Memory shapes who we are: what we carry, what we pass on, and how we understand ourselves and God.
In this four-week preaching and teaching series, we will explore the gifts and limits of remembering, including the stories that form us, the memories held in our bodies, and the grace of forgetting.
After worship, join us for three special conversations at 11:30 a.m. in Palmer Hall:
- October 25: Amy Miracle opens the series with a conversation about memory and faith.
- November 1: Caring Through Memory Loss with Sia M. Steel, Director of Program Services at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber, offering practical guidance for those caring for someone experiencing memory loss or concerned about their own memory changes.
- November 8: The conversation about memory and faith continues, focusing on the ways in which our bodies remember.

Come join the men and women of the Red Tent Society! They repackage feminine hygiene products to distribute through the BSPC Food Pantry.
Enjoy a meal, form friendships, and provide essential resources for our community. We meet every third Sunday. Come on November 15, at 11:45 am to the church’s Courtyard landing area.
